Description:  Just over an hour’s drive from the City on the southern periphery of the greater metropolitan area, the town of Pinjarra is the new location for the CTA’s next spoke tour from 29th November to 4th December 2026 based at:

There is a broad range of accommodation options within this tourist park with cabins, cottages, and a couple of complete houses, most with ensuite bathrooms along with powered and unpowered sites for tent and caravan users, as well as a pool and camp kitchen.

Non-cycling partners, family and friends are invited along as there are a number of activities in and around Pinjarra, Mandurah and Dwellingup for tourists to enjoy.

The format of the week will begin with a sign in and briefing at the caravan park at 5pm on Sunday evening 29th November 2026. A daily late afternoon sundowner at the caravan park will discuss ride routes options for the following day to various destinations within the wider Pinjarra area taking in towns/ localities such as Waroona, Dwellingup, Serpentine, Mandurah, North Dandalup, Midway Farm Stall and Dawesville. The routes for all rides are available either on the CTA website or on RideWithGPS.

Depending on the number of participants there may be up to four rides groups per day, each riding to a different location to minimise pressure on local cafes. There will be no designated rest day with rides to be conducted on all 5 weekdays – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. If you so desire, you can elect to take a rest day of your own choosing. Please let me know if you are willing to be a ride leader of a group.

Two hotel group dinners (with voluntary participation on an individual pay-as-you-go basis) will be organised during the week, firstly:

and secondly:

On Wednesday night 2nd December 2026 at The Ravenswood Hotel, Lot 65 Lloyd Ave, Ravenswood WA 6208.

Closer to the event, a list of dinner attendees will be compiled to ensure the respective hotel venues can reserve sufficient space to accommodate our party.
