Another decadent lunch ride, with Rita at the front. More lunch than ride, this is what cycling is all about. Come along and put on some winter fat in time for the challenging summer months that lie ahead

Start Time: Meet at 11:00 for an 11:15 start.
Start Location: Stirling Square – near toilet block at the corner of Meadow and Stirling – just east of the Guildford Train Station
Description: A short ride to the Swan Valley. We will be lunching at Pasta in the Valley.
Returning to Guildford, where you have the option to wear off lunch with a ride home, or catch up on your sleep after such an early start with an afternoon nap on the train home.
