Ex-president and Failed Dictator Stuart sees the light and takes on the Darling Scarp in the hope that the pain in his legs will finally free him from the pain of losing office. Salve your own pains on this quest to find the legendary Muffin of Kalamunda.

Start Location: Burswood Patterson Park Gazebo. Don’t go to the other gazebo or you’ll never escape from the Over 55s.
Description: Rolling gently along the elevated rail line to Kenwick then through the badlands to the dreaded Crystal Brook Road and Melaleuca Road to Mason and Bird in Kalamunda. This is the last chance to enjoy a coffee in the sun until after the winter rains. Then its down the Zig Zag to Helena Valley and Guildford and home along the Midland rail line.
