Late Change: Jeremy just noticed the official title of the ride has a spelling mistake due (apparently) to the use of a less-than-optimal speech-to-text app. It doesn’t help that none of these apps are yet able to fully understand the Kiwi accent. His aging Hyundai is on its last legs and has been condemned, so he’s going ‘To Buy Ford’ and is hoping to lead a group of more assertive CTA members to help with his negotiations. As an additional enticement, as if any were needed, the toilets at the Ford dealership are very well-maintained and they offer free coffee to prospective buyers.

Start Location: the East Perth Train Station.
Start Time: Meet at at 8:15am for 8:30am start.
Description: Time to check out the route to Byford. Starting at East Perth Train station. We’ll cycle along beside the train line on the new bike path (where it actually exists), have a coffee etc in Byford, then return on the new train.
