Meet 5.30 for 5.45 start at Midland Station. You will need a mountain bike , a gravel bike or a touring bike with wide tires, 32 mm plus recommended .
We will ride up the northern side of the Railway Heritage Trail, through John Forest NP to Mt Helena Tavern
for an evening meal. Return using the same route. You will need a good set of lights , front and rear , as we use some public roads.
Make sure your batteries are charged and able to last at least 2 hours, bring a spare if you have one.
Please make sure your bike is in good condition , as doing repairs in the dark is not fun.
Second start point at Bellevue RSL hall where we will pick you up at 6.15 sharp.
