To Whiteman Park….and Beyond! Led by Scott

We all know that Rita’s sweet, but we hadn’t realised that she would dissolve in the rain.  After her abject failure to lead a ride to Whiteman Park, citing adverse meteorological conditions, the heroic Scott (of the Antarctic) has stepped up and taken over.  Unless it’s raining.  One day there might actually be a ride to Whiteman Park.

Start Time:  Meet at 08:15 for an 08:30 start.

Start Location:  Guildford train station, north side of station.  Possibly at the toilet block a bit to the east, so keep a look-out just in case.

Description:  Not content with merely leading the ride, Scott has written his description in the form of a poem.  Are there no limits to his talent?

We will ride north along West swan rd bike path west on Reid Hwy,
through Dayton
and enter Whiteman park through south entrance. Doing a long loop
through the park
hopefully not getting lost. Come out at Brabham down to West swan rd
across the zig zag
for coffee at the Coffee Hut. Return via the zig zag and West swan bike
path to Guildford station.
