South of River Ride
Raffles Hotel 70-72 Canning Beach Rd, Applecross, Australia***This ride has been shortened because of the hot weather predicted*** Meet at the Raffles at 8am for 815, then cycle to LoQuay alongside the river (15 km), coffee & chat for an hour and return to the Raffles via Manning Rd (5 km), with a total of 20 km ride.

Return via Kalamunda Road, Roe, Tonkin and Leach Highways to Burswood. This will be good training for Bridgetown 'We Love Hills' a week later. It will be warm so remember to bring adequate water.

Heritage Trail Lunch Ride
Meet at Midland Station 9.00 am. NOTE- Midland train line is closed this weekend. Mountain bike or gravel bike needed. We will travel the trail clockwise, stopping at Mt Helena for an early lunch. Pub or Cafe options. One hour break, then continue the loop through Mundaring,Darlington and back to Midland.
