Some people have encountered problems filling in the OYB Tour Entry Form. If you click on the link below you will be presented with a very basic form to hopefully create a filled in (PDF) form. You might want to refer to the normal form for further explanation. The filled in form will be saved in wherever your downloads go (or an alternative location if you have chosen one). Use the back button on you browser to get out of the filler menu (haven’t quite got that sorted). You can then email the form to oyb@ctawa.asn.au. Note: Depending on what App you use to view PDFs, the filled in form may appear to be unfilled. If you encounter any problems contact webmaster@ctawa.asn.au and he’ll try and help 🙂
