Meet at the Loftus Community Centre, Leederville. There will be a second pick up for members living on the south side of the river at 9.00am under the Narrows Bridge north side. This ride involves following most of the Swan River upstream to Guildford stopping at Tranby for morning tea and toilet stop. We will continue to the new Perth Stadium where you will see, if you haven’t already, the beautiful development of the lakes, native gardens and the sheltered bbq facilities. It truly is very well done and has a very vibrant atmosphere and is a credit to those responsible.

Bring your touring bikes with panniers and byo your meat, drinks, etc. as there are no shops but maybe a mobile coffee vendor. Members that do not have touring bikes, bring your meat, etc. so other members can carry it for you. I suggest that you freeze you meat, wrap in newspaper and put in plastic. Being warm at this time of year, it should be defrosted when we arrive at the stadium. Afterwards, back to the LCC via the Narrows.
